Every second person today is suffering from anxiety disorder and the statistics are increasing with each coming day. Today’s competitive environment and chaotic life programs have left us with no time for ourselves which eventually lead us to this feeling of anxiety and stress which everyone of us experience at some point in our life.  Anxiety is healthy if it takes place to a certain level, for example, if you have to give a presentation tomorrow which is very important for you, a mild anxiety plays a good role to help you prepare you well for it.

This mild anxiety takes shape of a disorder when it exceeds its limits and leaves the person will only option to either stay numb or responding miserably to a situation. This doesn’t stop here; there are other forms of anxiety that have been noticed in individuals. One of the most common forms noticed is the one of panic attacks, this generally happens when people respond badly to things they fear a lot. The psychological pressure is at its heights peak when people suffer anxiety.

About 5 million people in the UK have osteoarthritis. OA is a chronic degenerative arthropathy that frequently leads to chronic pain and disability. With the aging of our population, this condition is becoming increasing prevalent and its treatment increasingly financially burdensome.
